A career at Two Pesos can be as much or as little as you want it to be. A start to your working life, or the first step in a customer service career that will really bring you bright future.
Supervisor
The first step in a leadership role, you’ll train other team-members and help your Two Pesos Family member discover their energetic side. And for a taste of responsibility, you’ll have the chance to take control of a busy area of the restaurant during a busy shift, under the guidance of the shift Manager.
Manager
As a manager at Two Pesos, you’ll take full charge of one of our stores, leading your team to deliver great service to our customers. It’s a role with a lot of responsibility, performing staff hiring, inventory purchase and cost control. But don’t worry, we’ll support you on your career path every step of the way, with real time learning and guidance to help you really lead by example.
Corporate
Many of our corporate team started their careers in our Two Pesos stores, taking their first steps as a Team Member to ultimately working in Operations, Training, Supply Chain, Marketing, Accounts and many more great roles – at Two Pesos the sky really is the limit.
